The brain of the smart home: PRO BAUHAUS on the i-Cube

Slovenian building magazine PRO BAUHAUS calls the i-Cube a technological leap for indoor air — smart air diagnostics that puts i-Vent ventilation on autopilot.

The brain of the smart home: PRO BAUHAUS on the i-Cube

From reacting to knowing

Decentralised ventilation has become the standard answer to damp and mould. But most systems react late — their sensors sit in the wall units and only notice humidity once it reaches the edge of the room.

The i-Cube turns that around. It is a wireless, standalone unit that sits where life happens: on the coffee table, a shelf or the bedside table. From there it reads temperature, humidity, CO₂ and volatile organic compounds in real time and tells the i-Vent units what to do.

An autopilot for fresh air

Nobody has to adjust settings in the app or think about when to ventilate harder. When more people are in the room or the air turns humid after cooking, the system quietly speeds up — and returns to its silent, energy-saving mode once the air is right again.

A shield against the weather

In a heatwave or a hard winter, the i-Cube decides how to ventilate without letting heat in or out unnecessarily. Fresh air and energy efficiency, working together.

  • Works with new i-Vent installations and upgrades existing ones
  • Minimal design that blends into any interior
  • Developed and engineered in Slovenia
